We are incredibly proud to share that Taza Artisan Café was recently featured on Swedish national television, on Nyhetsmorgon on TV4.

Our signature ube roll cake and handcrafted ube pastries were showcased as part of a segment highlighting the growing purple dessert trend. Seeing Filipino flavors take center stage on one of Sweden’s most watched morning programs was a moment we will never forget.

Bringing Filipino Desserts to a National Audience

We were kindly approached by food trend expert Sofie Zettergren Bonnevier, who wanted to feature the rising popularity of ube and introduce viewers to something newly opened and unique in Stockholm.

For us, this was more than a trend feature. It was an opportunity to represent Filipino dessert culture and share the story behind our flavors — handcrafted, rooted in tradition, and made with care.
