We’re excited to share a special milestone for Taza Artisan Café—our founder, Jenny Giango Andersson, was recently featured on DZMM Teleradyo, one of the Philippines’ most recognized radio and TV platforms.

In this interview, Jenny shares her journey—from humble beginnings, starting her career as a graphic designer in Bangkok, to becoming an entrepreneur in Sweden and building what is now known as Stockholm’s first Filipino café.

It’s a story shaped by creativity, resilience, and a deep connection to Filipino culture. From the early days of dreaming about creating something of her own, to opening Taza Artisan Café in Södermalm, the journey reflects both challenges and meaningful milestones along the way.

At its core, Taza was created to introduce Filipino flavors in a way that feels authentic, warm, and welcoming. Through desserts like ube and comforting Filipino dishes, the café has become a space where cultures meet and stories are shared.

Being featured on a platform like DZMM is especially meaningful—it brings the story back home, while also sharing Filipino culture with a wider global audience.
